Speakers were selected because they walk the talk every day. They have created profitable businesses, have raised client profiles and are willing to share their success stories and more.
Park Howell – International Speaker from the USA, shared absolute gems about how to tell your story for your business. The workbook and process/ methodology he taught is worth the cost of the videos on its own. Even social media experts in the room were trying his methods and getting results straight away. Come and learn about the ABT method.
Jordan Watson aka ‘How to Dad’ shared insights on how he grew his channels and the importance of being creative, consistent and trying out new things.
Cat Howell, Facebook guru recognised internationally, shared Facebook gems as well as the importance of having the right mindset when running a business.
Wanita Z – covered a keynote on The importance of Brand Voice to produce relevant content and how to measure the results. Using relatable stories from both Australian and New Zealand clients, key messages and tips were shared on how to create a Brand Voice that stands out. She also covered a breakout session on Facebook advertising which specific steps and strategies to get maximum results.
Rick Shera aka lawgeeknz – shared relevant information on the law in Social Media. The relevant scenarios will answer those burning questions you have about copyright, bullying, harassment and what will get you into difficulty if you do certain things on social media.
Glenn Marvin – shared a practical session on how to leverage LinkedIn for Business. Some very interesting tactics were shared to create very real relationships on Linkedin.
Bea Pole-Bokor – was all into Instagram stories. If you really want to grab some useful tools and tricks for Insta stories, then this practical session will help you along the way.
Michelle Sokolich – had a very practical and hands-on session where she not only gave heaps of practical steps on how to use your phone to shoot video, she also got people practising, which you can do in your own comfortable space. She shared all the different types of video gadgets to get you looking like a pro.
Jeff and Donna – these two are in the direct selling industry, as are many people trying to work a few extra jobs to have a different lifestyle. They shared their 6S system to show how they help people and teams with direct selling.
Libby Greatnews – ended the conference off with practical steps for social media from her years of experience growing social media platforms within the corporate arena as well as her own personal projects.
Jon Randles – his session was a hit as he worked through a handout to create a social media content strategy to help get over the roadblocks about what content you need to post.
Cathy Mellet – went in a completely different direction and touched hearts and minds with her talk on social media and teen suicide and bullying.
Rochelle Sheldon – showed how you can look at building your personal brand. She covered tips on influencer marketing and how you can stand out from the crowd.
Amar Trivedi – shared very relevant tips on developing and measuring content success using the content code. This practical session will give you valuable insight into what kind of content you can develop to stand out.
Mike Doughty – is an expert in sales funnels and went through a strategy to look at how these work in tandem with social media.
Candice Baker and Mandy Chamberlin – are the Facebook community gurus after having purchased and run one of the largest social network groups in New Zealand.
Lauren Yeoman – went through a practical approach to building a social media strategy. Her step by step approach will help you look at your strategy a little differently.
Jam Mayer – is the queen of chatbots and gave a practical session on how to map out your chatbot process.
